Apple Oat Bake

  • 1½ cup dry oats
  • ½ diced apple
  • ½ cup cashew milk
  • 1 pasture raised egg
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A dash of nutmeg (optional if you like things really spiced up)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a small 4×4 greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes on 350F.
  4. Top with vanilla cashew butter for healthy fats and extra protein, leftover apple slices, and a drizzle of maple.
