One Pan Veggie Roast

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Fingerling potatoes

Instructions

  1. BRUSSELS SPROUTS combine with avocado oil, garlic cloves, lemon slices, cracked black pepper, and sea salt.
  2. CARROTS combine with avocado oil, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and fresh thyme.
  3. FINGERLING POTATOES combine with avocado oil, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and fresh rosemary
  4. Layer veggies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast on 425F for about 45min and toss once in between.
